Workouts

Working out helps to optimize the benefits for your health and wellbeing. Depending on your personal goals or concerns certain workouts may be more beneficial or suitable.  

For Gut Health & Hormonal Balancing:

Working out regularly is vital to help regulate hormonal imbalances and stress levels. 

One should try to do:

  • HIIT 12-20 minutes 3x week​

  • Strength/Resistance Training (full body) 2-3x week

  • Stretching/Yoga (lower cortisol levels)

  • Walk (low movement is better than no movement!)

Cycle Syncing:

Menstrual:

​Resting is key. Practice self care and opt for yoga and other meditative practices rather than pushing yourself.

Follicular:

  • cardio (light runs)

  • flow-based yoga

Ovulatory:
